Bilanc, a Y Combinator-backed unit economics platform, seeks a Full-stack Software Engineer to join our team. We help companies like Cleo and MoonPay measure customer-level profitability. We use varying techniques, from AI to accounting fundamentals, offering our customers a unique view into product and customer-level profitability.

As a small team, we’re generalists constantly picking up new challenges. Regarding products and code, we’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick up and solve problems. We don’t expect you to have a background in everything, but we expect strong Python fundamentals and a background in working with React and TypeScript.

What you’ll do

Build end-to-end user-facing features optimised for speed, simplicity, and robustness.
Build everything from database models to RESTful endpoints and UI components.
Work closely with the founder and customers to implement fast new feature concepts.
Add analytics, monitoring and alerts to our services.
Improve database and infrastructure performance.
Help to define the software development process, from design to deployment.
